Join Team Melanoma Know More (MKM) for the Flying Pig Marathon and help raise funds to fight melanoma.

You may not be able to walk a mile in the shoes of someone with melanoma, but you can run or walk with them in mind. Melanoma Know More will provide tools for you to accomplish your Flying Pig Marathon goals while supporting a much needed cause.

Melanoma Know More in a partnership with Miles That Matter offers a comprehensive training program with experienced trainers and coaches who will help you every step of the way, whether you plan to run or walk the full or half marathon, 5K or a leg of the relay. And MKM will provide the resources you need to help raise money to support Melanoma Know More’s awareness, education and research initiatives.

Dick Haglage did the unthinkable.  He joined Team MKM and the Miles That Matter Training Program and ran a marathon.  Yes…26.2 miles along the streets of Cincinnati.  For the past 3 years, he has run the Flying Pig Marathon in memory of his brother Walt who lost his battle with melanoma.  Dick has raised nearly $30,000 for Melanoma Know More.  Dick, like many of you, shares a passion for a world free from the threat of melanoma.
